a year agoFood overcooked and dried out. Some pieces sit under heat lamp far beyond the time out of fryer and then served to the point that it is barely warm. With this matter continuously occurring, I don’t see them lasting too much longer. On top of overcooked, it is also overpriced!

a year agoI visited your store in Conway, Ar. I know that the chicken can be hit or miss but tonight (4/14/25) was a different experience. I didn't think that subtle racism, blatant disrespect and ignorance was accepted by your establishment. And instead of your night manager Catherine or cathline doing her job and rectifying the situation she said that she refused to give me the name of the dispicable employee's name. She told me to call the GM in the morning. I saw a post before mine saying that you all may not last much longer and that is totally true because there are new places popping up each day where I will spend my money. Please, don't think that one or a few voices can't get the ball rolling!!! Check your employees!

a year agoWharton, Texas Location 8/4/2024 @12pm Terrible terrible terrible. It won't be long before they closed down. Fire or retrain the whole crew working 8/4/24 around noon. Resrrooms 🤢🤢No one on front counter. No acknowledgment or attempt to acknowledge customers. Drive-thru line 5 cars long and once you get to the window there is still a wait. Half chicken cold. Wrong sides given out. No recipient, straws or napkins given out. Manager blended in with the workers which means she/he must be just as bad. Only chicken place in Wharton should be a gold mine but not with this sorry business model. Never again

7 years agoLlano chicken express is going down hill. Store owner Richard H. Has been going up there yelling and cursing with customers inside the store.
